Jessica Blazer

Jessica Blazer is the Senior Privacy Counsel at Chevron, responsible for supporting and providing counsel on compliance with privacy laws and policies across the enterprise. Jessica assists with Chevron's efforts to implement and obtain approval of BCRs; reviews, negotiates, and drafts privacy provisions for contracts; and provides training to her colleagues and clients on how global data privacy laws impact and affect Chevron operations.
Prior to joining Chevron, Jessica served as counsel at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Aetna, after beginning her career in the New York law firms of Moses & Singer LLP and Tenzer Greenblatt LLP. At Wyeth, she was Senior Attorney in the Global Privacy Office, where she drafted and supported implementation of global policies and spearheaded Safe Harbor certification for the clinical research and pharmacovigilance activities.
Jessica is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served on the Cardozo Law Review, and the University of Texas at Austin.

Raja is the Global Head of the Anti-Corruption Group in the Legal and Compliance Division at Morgan Stanley. Raja created the Anti-Corruption Group and implemented policies and procedures to provide guidance to the Firm on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and relevant anti-corruption laws and regulations around the world. Raja advises both legal and business colleagues on transactional issues involving state-owned or controlled entities. He regularly conducts and evaluates anti-corruption due diligence for business intermediaries and investment transactions considered by the Firm. Raja is actively involved in a variety of firm-wide compliance initiatives including a global business conflicts review, cross-border legal survey, and training programs on a variety of subjects.
Prior to this position, Raja worked in the Litigation Department, primarily on regulatory and law enforcement matters globally and across the Firm's business lines. In the Litigation Department, Raja was also involved in formulating policies, procedures and training, as well as advising on various legal and regulatory issues, including the FCPA, internal investigations, and insider trading.
Raja joined Morgan Stanley in January 2005 as a member of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Group. During his time in the AML Group, Raja was directly involved in the Firm's suspicious activity reporting and global OFAC compliance efforts. He supervised FinCen reporting and was the Group's primary liaison with law enforcement authorities.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Raja was a prosecutor for ten years, most recently at the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, in Washington, DC. Raja also served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office. During the course of his career, Raja has prosecuted a wide variety of cases ranging from violent offenses to sophisticated white-collar crimes. Raja has also worked extensively with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and other regulatory and law enforcement agencies, both in the U.S. and overseas.

Pete Pepiton is the eDiscovery Solutions Director in CA’s Information Governance suite. Pete joined CA through the iLumin acquisition where he managed the Data Migration and Discovery Services practice and ran business development for the legal channel.
Pete brings 15 years of experience in delivering professional services to CA, both as a former practicing attorney and at several document management companies. Pete is a member of The Sedona Conference®, a think tank dedicated to education and dialogue surrounding eDiscovery issues. Frazier has consulted on hundreds of complex e-discovery cases and has authored several matter specific e-discovery protocols for use by adverse parties and judges, as well as working with clients at FRCP 26(f) "meet and confers". He has authored dozens of articles on eDiscovery and Compliance in publications such as Digital Discovery & Electronic Evidence, Litigation Support Today, and Compliance Solutions Advisor. Most recently, Frazier authored a booklet entitled Bringing eDiscovery in-house for Dummies and was technical editor on "eDiscovery for Dummies". Robert Levy recently joined ExxonMobil following a 23 year career in private practice, most recently 14 1/2 years as a litigation partner at Haynes and Boone in Houston Texas. Robert's career has focused on issues involving electronic discovery and large case management, including such projects as representing Exxon as a part of the pre-merger review of its merger with Mobil Corporation which at the time was one of the largest document and electronic review projects of its type.
Robert graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with Honors in 1986 and clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert Parker before he began his career as a litigator. He is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Discovery and also participated in the EDRM project. Russell Miller

Russ Miller is Senior Counsel for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He received his Bachelors' degree from the University of Texas in 1983, received his law degree from U.T. in 1987, and is still an avid Longhorn sports fan. He has been practicing as a litigator in Houston for 22 years: 11 years in private practice, where he was a partner in the Litigation Section of Liddell, Sapp, Zivley, Hill & LaBoon (a predecessor to the firm currently known as Locke, Lord, Liddell & Bissell), and 11 years in-house. Russ specializes in complex commercial litigation and class action litigation. He has defended lawsuits in which plaintiffs claimed hundreds of millions of dollars in damages, based upon allegations that spanned periods as long as 25 years, and he has been responsible for coordinating efforts to locate, preserve, and produce every slip of paper and every byte of data that could possibly be relevant to those claims. He has coordinated document preservation and discovery projects across multiple legacy systems of multiple predecessor entities in multiple states. He's made about every mistake that can be made in the area of legal holds and e-discovery, has learned from every one of them, and continues to learn every day.
Russ also serves as part of the team at Anadarko that establishes, reviews, and revises legal hold and e-discovery policies and procedures, and that evaluates the legal department's technology. Before being appointed to this role in 2008, Jim served for three years as Assistant General Counsel for US Litigation when he managed a team of 35 staff who handled BP America Inc.'s full range of US litigation. Before the litigation posting, Jim spent two years as Assistant General Counsel - HSSE for BP America's Downstream & Corporate Legal Group in Warrenville, Illinois. He also worked Amoco Corporate Data Center as the IT Business Impact Manager and for the past 14 years he has held computer security roles in IT Global Operation, Digital Security and Group Security. Dave a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice is an information technology professional with extensive experience in providing solutions to complex legal technology and business problems. For over ten years Dave has concentrated primarily in the investigation and litigation consulting area with emphasis on computer forensics and electronic discovery. He has worked with numerous multi-national corporations helping them navigate the complexities of the electronic discovery life cycle and implement policies and procedures to comply with preservation notices and legal holds in a cost effective manner.
Prior to his experience with Ernst & Young, Dave began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Forensic Technology Services practice where he assisted clients with electronic discovery and computer forensic needs. Dave's experience working with some of the largest companies in the world has exposed him to numerous technologies allowing him to quickly assess a client's current state and mission critical systems important to discovery.
Dave is a member of The Sedona Conference, Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is an EnCase Certified Examiner as well as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Additionally he received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tom Sikora is Senior Counsel at El Paso Corporation with responsibility for international commercial and investment arbitration at El Paso Corporation. He also directs El Paso's E-Discovery practice. In addition, he co-heads El Paso's Enterprise Content Management Project tasked with selecting and implementing a corporate document management system. Tom currently serves as Vice Chair of the Corporate E-Discovery Forum, and is the former President of the Houston International Arbitration Club.
Tom was previously a lawyer with Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas, specializing in the international arbitration of energy industry disputes. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995 where he was an Articles Review Board editor of the Virginia Law Review. Daniel Torpey

Daniel Torpey is a Forensic Accountant, CPA and former auditor with over 22 years of Public Accounting experience. He is a partner with Ernst & Young and is the Americas Leader for the firms Forensic Technology Practice and a member of the leadership board for the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) group. In his role Mr. Torpey oversees the data analysis and information gathering on some of the largest forensic investigations in the industry.
Prior to leading the Forensic Technology practice Mr. Torpey was the Americas Leader for the Insurance Claims Services Group which specializes in investigating and preparing large multi-million dollar property, liability fidelity and product liability claims. Torpey's experience ranges from measuring the impact of recalling the worldwide supply of genetically modified corn to quantifying the loss of a prototype rocket for a defense contractor to being the designated expert on the insurance disputes and valuing loss records resulting from terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the destruction of businesses in it. He continues to assist clients, law firms and brokers on a wide variety of forensic accounting issues in dealing with complex insurance claims. He recently completed an investigation of a CEO siphoning funds from an SEC registrant and through the use of Forensic Analytics was able to report his findings to the Audit Committee in a matter of days.
Mr. Torpey has been published in both Fraud Magazine and Internal Auditor as recently as August 2009 and is the co-author of "Accounting for Words: Text analytics is a promising new forensic technique for the internal auditor".

He is the Co-author of the recent book, The Business Interruption Book: Coverage, Claims, and Recovery by The National Underwriter Company. Mr. Torpey has served as an expert witness, an arbitrator, an appraiser, has been sought out by both policyholders, insurance carriers, brokers and reinsurers to help in the resolution of claims.

Vincent Walden is a Senior Manager specializing in forensic technology and anti-fraud analytics. With a focus on text analytics, forensic data mining and electronic discovery services, Vincent has over thirteen years of experience handling the information management and electronic discovery needs for large scale, complex litigations, investigations and proactive anti-fraud programs. Vincent is experienced with providing clients leading anti-fraud based innovation, research and analytics, including, Fraud Triangle analytics, link analysis, text data mining, and cluster analysis that seek to identify or predict fraud risk variables, data anomalies or data inefficiencies that can lead to unnecessary costs or enterprise risks.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Walden spent five years specializing in litigation technology supporting investigative and legal matters at another Big Four firm. Before that, he served as president and CEO of a privately funded Internet company, which was subsequently sold as well as a large accounting firm specializing in economic and dispute advisory services.
